CADS AI is a skills intelligence platform helping organizations understand and develop their workforce through data and AI. My role was to lead the brand identity and visual communication, transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging, and human-centered design. I developed a flexible visual system combining vibrant colors, bold typography, and modern layouts, applied consistently across UI/UX design, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and merchandise. The result is a distinctive and cohesive brand experience that makes data-driven technology feel more accessible and approachable.
